Marriott Chicago O'Hare Hotel - Rosemont

It's a perfectold school hotel nestled in a Renaissance style building.

All staff was extremely helpful, respectful, and friendly.

Swimming pool.

Long corridor - It was hard to find my room because the layout was a maze.

Consider requesting a quieter room away from family areas to enhance your stay.

The bed was soft/comfy.

The rooms were small and half of the hotel was the "old" part. The hotel was in the starting phase of a remodel and the rooms were less than what was expected. I also did not appreciate having to pay $24.00 a night for parking when I was a guest.

Close to O'Hare airport. Close to the train that will take you right into downtown Chicago. For the rest, the hotel has all you expect from a Marriott.

Clean rooms and a grand lobby set a positive tone for the visit. The staff's friendliness was a highlight. The parking situation could be improved, as access was somewhat limited, and the absence of designated signage caused some confusion during arrival and navigation around the hotel. The experience was pleasant but left room for improvement in certain areas.

Great Hotel! It was very clean, the beds were excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room cost for the conference I attended there was excellent at $104.00 per night.

Breakfast price was to high, so my friend and I went to Mac's across the street for a great breakfast for half the price.

I loved the comfort of the room. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The staffing were very helpful and it was convenient and ten minutes from the downtown area.

The price of breakfast, it was extremely expensive and I didn't like paying for parking.

Totally recommend for a getaway

Comfortable bed, clean room, made my stay enjoyable especially with the complimentary breakfast offered each morning and the easy access to downtown via the nearby 'L' Blue Line Train station.

How close the hotel was to the airport and that you could walk to the transit line. I also used the hotel's airport shuttle.
